Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables

Roast leg of lamb, homemade mint sauce and seasonal vegetables

Breast of chicken, walnut and apple stuffing, crispy bacon and seasonal vegetables

 Goat’s cheese, olive, sun blushed tomatoes and pine nut filo parcel with watercress sauce

 Fillet of sea bass, new potatoes, panache of vegetables and a citrus beurre blanc
